Job Opportunity: Administrative Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support in our dialysis clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic, including reception and secretarial services, clerical tasks, and billing administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering switchboards and providing a professional image to patients and staff
- Liaising with patients and their families in a compassionate manner
- Performing general clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, minute taking, and agenda management
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new stock as needed
- Participating in quality improvement programs and contributing to the overall success of the clinic
- Providing administrative support for the Clinical Advisory Committee (where applicable)

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration position
- Intermediate computer competence in MS Office
- Experience in health fund Billing Administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with confidentiality, discretion, and maturity
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment and prioritize tasks around interruptions and unplanned events

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of infection control/hygiene principles and implementation of this knowledge into daily practice
