Senior Dialysis Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking experienced Dialysis Nurses to provide dialysis treatment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in remote communities across the Northern Territory.
This is a unique opportunity for healthcare professionals to deliver culturally safe, high-quality care in collaboration with Aboriginal Health Practitioners, General Practitioners, nurses, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver culturally sensitive dialysis treatment on-site in remote clinics, contributing to healthcare services in remote NT communities.
- Collaborate with local healthcare teams to develop patient-centred care plans.
- Qualification/s and minimum 2 years of haemodialysis nursing experience.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Current National Criminal History Check (less than 6 months old).
- Unrestricted driver's license (to drive in the NT).
- Up-to-date immunisation status, including COVID-19 (2 doses + 1 booster), Hepatitis A & B, MMR, Varicella, BCG, Influenza, and Pertussis.
- Fully paid locum placements ranging from 3 to 12 weeks, based in remote NT communities, with travel and accommodation covered by us.
- Cultural orientation and 24/7 support to help you transition into remote healthcare.
- Free CPD-accredited eLearning with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM).
- Immersive experience in Aboriginal culture and breathtaking remote landscapes.
