The OpportunityThis role involves providing safe and effective Heavy Vehicle Driving Instruction, alongside training delivery of TLI31216 Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus). Working with our partnered Registered Training Organisation (RTO), you'll ensure training plans are completed and delivered within required time frames and carried out in accordance with relevant standards and legislative requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing driving training to prepare trainees for heavy vehicle license upgrade.
- Preparing lessons and providing instruction on all aspects of driving.
- Coordinating and delivering Driver induction training programmes.
- Driver education and performance development.
- Performing on-road driver assessments.
- Maintaining accurate Training and Safety records.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Certificate IV Road Transport (TL141310) - Heavy Vehicle Driving Instruction.
- A Medium Rigid Licence.
- Knowledge of Heavy Vehicle and Passenger Transport legislation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
This position comes with an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program, including wellbeing coaching, financial support, and access to mental health services.
