We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Melbourne, AU. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Australians seeking access to sexual and reproductive health services.

  • Coordinate fundraising activities to build donor pools and raise the organisation's profile
  • Develop a pipeline of potential large donors and engage with existing small and large donors for retention
  • Develop content for social media channels, website, publications, and fundraising campaigns
  • Oversight of the donor database and donations processing/acknowledgement
  • Build working relationships with funders from various sources

The ideal candidate will be fiercely pro-choice, passionate about de-stigmatising abortion, and champion of women and pregnant people's rights. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong writing skills, and flexibility in adapting to changing contexts.

Requirements:
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or diploma
  • Experience running fundraising activities in time-sensitive environments
  • Previous experience working in a non-profit or equivalent
