About the RoleThis Administration Officer position plays a critical role in managing incoming referrals, registering new patients, coordinating appointments, and assisting the wider team as directed by the Admin Team Lead.
- Provide exceptional administration and customer service skills to support the team in achieving its goals.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of the department, including varying tasks and rostering requirements.
- Take pride in and own the quality of work at all times, striving for excellence in all aspects of the role.
- Frontline reception duties, referral management, and booking appointments for new patients and treatment reviews.
- Support the team in meeting departmental administration service needs, including working unsupervised and managing time effectively.
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive hospital matters related to patients and staff.
