Overview

We're looking for customer service professionals to join our team. You will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

You will be working with a diverse group of people, helping across various areas within our stores from customer-facing to back-of-house roles.

As part of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with merchandising products on the sales floor, and support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

  • Providing a high level of customer service, including pre, during, and post-sale interactions.

  • Contributing to the overall success of the business by providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales floor.

Please note, our Customer Service Team Members must have availability to work during peak periods and may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
