Chief Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead day-to-day operations, build team culture, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and people management abilities
- Operational discipline and excellent time management
- The ability to coach, mentor, and support staff development
- Confidence to manage and lead in a customer-facing setting
A high attention to detail, ability to translate vision into action, financial and administrative capability, commitment to customer service and member satisfaction, professionalism, accountability, and resilience. The role also requires a focus on safety and maintaining high facility standards.
Essential Qualifications (or willingness to obtain):
- Current Blue Card/Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certification
- Current CPR Pool Lifeguard
