Salary PackageThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package as per the Community Health Centre (Stand Alone Services) Social and Community Service Employees Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022. Classification Level 4 or 5 dependent on experience.
Additionally, our generous Not for Profit Salary Packaging allows staff to save up to A$15,900 tax-free each year.
Job DescriptionThis dynamic role requires an experienced Family Violence professional who understands the importance of timely and effective service provision in the Domestic and Family Violence services context.
You will work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement client-led case plans that promote the best interests of each family member, ensuring their safety and appropriate development.
The ideal candidate will possess a Degree qualification in social work, welfare, community development, or a related field, along with relevant experience in a social service environment.
Completed comprehensive MARAM Framework training is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Establish effective relationships with clients to encourage self-determination and participation
- Provide case management support using trauma-informed frameworks and models
- Complete comprehensive risk assessments and safety planning using the MARAM framework
- Ongoing assessment of client issues, needs, and circumstances from initial intake to exit
- Develop and implement individual case plans in collaboration with clients
