Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and Manage Defence Aviation Gases, ensuring inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage the induction of 3rd party vendors to support GMO serviceable vessels, maintaining strong relationships and adhering to strict guidelines.
  • Proactively satisfy customer queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Analyse complex problems and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks/issues, ensuring key stakeholders' deliverables are met.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with the Defence's suite of Logistics Manuals, including the Electronic Supply Chain Manual (ESCM), to undertake effective inventory management.
  • Experience in a sustainment/support program or Supply Chain role, demonstrating expertise in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Adaptable manner towards undertaking tasks based on new/changing business needs, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills, enabling the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
