Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to lead our demand planning processes. The successful candidate will drive accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across multiple teams.

About the Role:
  • The Senior Inventory & Demand Planner will be responsible for leading monthly demand planning cycles, refining forecasts by analyzing sales data, market trends, and new product launches.
  • Maintain balanced inventory levels, proactively managing stock to reduce both overstock and stockouts while accounting for supplier lead times and production variability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with warehouse, supply chain, sales, e-commerce, and finance teams to align inventory management with operational and commercial objectives.
  • Leverage SAP, IBP, Excel, and HANA reporting tools to extract insights, track performance metrics, and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and manage extensive SKU portfolios accurately.
  • Are highly proficient in SAP, IBP, Excel, and HANA reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated and confident working independently while providing clear leadership and guidance to your team.
