This role can be based in QLD, NSW, or VIC.

About the Role:

  • Assist with data quality review and cleansing processes
  • Support sales reporting and analysis related to Salesforce data normalization
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements to sales operations managers/leaders
  • Develop analysis, reports, dashboards, and PowerBI reporting as needed
  • Document sales processes and tool policies to standardize practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to processes
  • Assist sales leaders and field sales with cadences and reporting
  • Process access requests for onboarding/offboarding team members
  • Resolve field sales support inquiries promptly
  • Monitor system adoption and data compliance with governance policies
  • Ensure compliance with Johnson Controls' Ethics Policy and Safety Policy

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or sales analysis
  • Proven track record of promoting and utilizing CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce.com)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
  • Qualified Salesforce.com applicant (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
