Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Execute Barbeques Galore's sales process to maximise transaction value and profit, meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Team Leadership: Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure team capability and retention, monitor individual performance, and identify knowledge and skill gaps.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers providing assistance and excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail management environment.
  • Skills: Strong selling and communication skills, high attention to detail, well-organised, and a passion for delivering great customer service.

Benefits:

  • Great Base Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 per annum.
  • Career Development: Ongoing career development opportunities, including coaching, certificate III and IV training, and leadership development programs.
  • Generous Parental Leave Scheme: 26 weeks full pay for primary carers, 6 weeks for secondary carers.
