Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our financial advice operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering business growth and diversification strategies.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to enhance trustee engagement with financial advice capability and strategy.
  2. This role requires the ability to partner with key stakeholders and business leaders to develop and deploy coordinated strategies to increase sales while improving the client experience.
  3. The Advice Delivery Lead will be responsible for identifying, prioritising and executing a plan to enhance growth and reduce barriers to growth.
  4. The role also involves embedding commercial alignment between Strategic Advice and Trustee Advice services to deliver growth.
  5. The successful candidate will drive complete adoption of Xplan and Salesforce platforms.
  6. The role requires proactive decision-making, timely execution, and clear goal setting with measurable outcomes.
