We are seeking a Hospitality Support Professional to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment in our residential facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily living needs, including personal care and laundry, while working collaboratively with the care team to ensure resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the home, including housekeeping and cleaning tasks
- Support residents with their daily living needs, including personal care and laundry
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure resident-centered care
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Knowledge of good hygiene practices and infection control
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
