Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Support Professional to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.

  • You will empower clients through person-centred active support, helping them achieve their goals and live independently.
  • This is a part-time position working various shifts, including morning and afternoon sessions on weekdays only.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in the disability sector.

  • You will possess relevant certifications, such as Certificate IV in Disability, and excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • A valid Driver's Licence, current First Aid Certificate, and NDIS Worker Screening check are essential requirements.
