Health and Recreation Centre Leader
About the PositionThe Health and Recreation Centre is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee its day-to-day operations. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness services in a customer-focused environment.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate daily activities of the Health and Recreation Centre, including staff supervision, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Evaluate and maintain gymnasium and pool areas to ensure they meet required standards.
- Collaborate with management on financial planning, budget monitoring, and reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on operational procedures, service delivery, and stakeholder liaison.
- Demonstrated expertise in the health and fitness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to show initiative, work collaboratively, and adapt in a customer-centric environment.
- Experience in financial management and procurement.
