Bright Steps Academy is seeking a Centre Director to lead our established MacGregor, ACT centre — guiding our team and shaping an inspiring, supportive environment for children and families.

What you'll do
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a dedicated team of educators
  • Manage enrolments, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations
  • Build genuine partnerships with families and the community
  • Drive quality practices and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
  • 2+ years leadership experience in Early Childhood Education
  • ECT qualification or Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF & compliance standards
  • A collaborative leader with a passion for people and high-quality care
