Job Title: Salesforce Architect Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert-level guidance on the implementation and architecture of Salesforce solutions.

About This Role:
  • Provide expert-level guidance on Salesforce solution implementation and architecture.
  • Define requirements and specify optimal demonstrations for solutions using Salesforce E&U as a CRM interface to Gentrack products.
  • Build, extend, and enhance our demonstration suite of Salesforce CRM solutions for customers in the utilities space.
  • Deploy and manage additional capability using AgentForce, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Data Cloud.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Salesforce, including system/solution engineering/architecture level roles.
  • Demonstrated track record with Salesforce and particularly Salesforce E&U (or relevant industries cloud) in an energy or utilities context strongly preferred.
  • Ability to leverage broader Salesforce solution benefits to unlock value from integrations including sales, service, analytics, AI, and other Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of business plans, product and future developments.
