Job Title: Primary Care Nurse

NSW Health is seeking an experienced and qualified nurse to join our team as a Primary Care Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

  • As a Primary Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in our primary care setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients on self-care practices
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • At least one full year of nursing experience
