Electrical Infrastructure Site Manager

This is a permanent opportunity based in Adelaide, with responsibility for managing site-based delivery of substation, switchyard, and renewable energy projects across Australia.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage site-based teams and subcontractors across HV substation and electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgets, and progress reporting to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout project delivery.
  • Foster a productive, safety-first culture across all site operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing site-based construction of HV substations, switchyards, or large-scale electrical projects.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
  • Solid understanding of WHS, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Electrical trade qualifications or an engineering background (highly regarded).
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
