Electrical System Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical System Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for commissioning, testing and maintaining HV electrical systems by carrying out pre-commissioning tests of new and refurbished systems within substations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Commission and test HV electrical systems in accordance with project requirements
  • Manage and supervise on-site work to ensure high standards of quality and safety
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of commissioning activities

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualifications in an Electrical trade or Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience commissioning/testing with HV substations
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to promote a high standard of safety
  • Australian Drivers Licence
