Electrical Infrastructure Manager

Partnering with a leading energy contractor, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Infrastructure Manager to oversee the delivery of substation and renewable energy projects.

  • This is a permanent opportunity based in Adelaide, with responsibility for managing site-based teams and subcontractors across Australia.
About The Role
  • We are looking for a skilled manager with strong High Voltage (HV), substation, or heavy electrical infrastructure experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage site-based teams and subcontractors to deliver HV substation and electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgets, and progress reporting to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout project delivery.
  • Foster a productive, safety-first culture across all site operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing site-based construction of HV substations, switchyards, or large-scale electrical projects.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
  • Solid understanding of WHS, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Electrical trade qualifications or an engineering background highly regarded.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
