Site Delivery Manager

The role of a Construction Supervisor encompasses overseeing the site-based delivery of electrical infrastructure projects across Australia. This includes managing construction activities on major projects, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, acting as the primary link between the project management team, stakeholders, and crews on the ground. You will also maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site-based teams and subcontractors across electrical infrastructure projects.
- Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Oversee scheduling, budgets, and progress reporting to ensure timely project delivery.
- Foster a productive, safety-first culture across all site operations.
- Previous experience managing site-based construction of electrical infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of WHS, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Electrical trade qualifications or an engineering background.
