  • Deliver Professional Presentations: Deliver professional presentations on Sika products and solutions to key consultants and stakeholders.
  • Manage Product Sample Kit: Maintain a product sample kit for use in meetings and presentations.
  • Promote Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities to specifiers and stakeholders.
  • Provide Technical Solutions: Provide technical solutions based on Sika product combinations to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales teams and attend regular meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage Project Specifications: Manage and update project specifications in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Liaise with Sales Teams: Liaise with sales teams to support the sales process and ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain Customer Database: Maintain a comprehensive customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technical specifications and the building and construction industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the building and construction industry and its trends and developments.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs.
  • Teamwork and People Management Skills: Strong teamwork and people management skills to effectively collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders.
  • Sales and Commercial Acumen: Sales and commercial acumen to identify and promote cross-selling opportunities and provide technical solutions.
  • Relationship-Building and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
