Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach and develop your team by providing guidance and feedback.

- Tackle sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements as a team to achieve business goals.
- Inspire customers through presentation, merchandising and stock management.
- Simplify processes and meet audit and compliance standards.
- Provide a safe environment for our team and customers.
- Support all departments and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
