Senior P&C Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing People & Culture (P&C) strategies that align with and drive business objectives across our global operations.

The role provides expert advice and support on a wide range of HR matters, including organisational design, change management, and cultural development. You will act as a key contributor to the global P&C strategy, providing insights on business needs and local market realities in multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement P&C plans that support the strategic goals of their functions.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable P&C initiatives.
  • Support global expansion for sales teams, working closely with leaders to embed strategies focused on increasing productivity.
  • Drive talent management processes within the business, including performance reviews and succession planning.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
