
Land Management Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about administration, data verification, and contract support. You'll work closely with the Lands team to ensure the smooth delivery of our work, balancing the needs of a fast-paced environment with precision and care.
Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing and finalizing documentation such as easements, leases, licenses, land crossing agreements, purchases, and divestments. You'll also provide administrative support, handle transactions, answer queries, and coordinate activities in line with our values and policies.
About You- You have demonstrated experience in a legal secretarial or administrative environment, including the use of software tools, arranging meetings and appointments, seminars, workshops, and maintaining correspondence files.
- You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- You are skilled at managing administrative projects and initiatives within set deadlines.
- You are a team player with a proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Certificate level or higher in administration, legal administration, or a related field is preferred.
- You must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with SAP.
- You should demonstrate exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- You should have experience dealing with confidential matters and sensitive issues.
- You should have attention to detail and accuracy.
