Garden Care Specialist

Are you passionate about gardening and the outdoors? We are seeking a skilled Garden Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining various gardens and green spaces, ensuring they remain healthy and visually appealing.
- Main Responsibilities: Perform routine tasks including weeding, planting, hedge cutting, pruning, mowing, and mulching.
- Soft Landscaping: Assist in designing and implementing new garden layouts, laying turf and clearing overgrown areas.
- Maintenance and Repair: Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients, respond to their inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Qualifications:
- Interest in horticulture and landscaping
- Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and kneeling
- Attention to detail for handling plants and tools
- Basic knowledge of plant care and gardening practices
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently for scheduled jobs and travel
