Senior Horticultural Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and skilled horticultural specialist to fill a senior role.

This position offers the opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality landscape construction and garden maintenance services to residential properties on the Central Coast.

  • Maintain gardens, including hedging, pruning, fertilizing, weed and pest control, planting, and care of plants and trees.
  • Collect materials, plants, and equipment as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Horticulture or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of plants and their requirements.
  • Experience with machinery, including pole hedgers.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A driver's license (manual preferred).
