Horticulturist Role Summary

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of gardening staff to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Maintain schedules and prioritize tasks to deliver high-quality horticulture services on time.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Horticulture or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A valid driver's license and White Card certification.
  • Chemical handling certification (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workflows and manage time efficiently.
