About the Role

Coordinate and Oversee Railway Operations

This is a permanent position at our Enfield depot, where you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient working of the railway. You will work a 24/7 rotating shift roster, overseeing the control of all rail vehicle movements and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

About You

We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong focus on safety. You should be a strong communicator with excellent time management skills, able to work autonomously or as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. High-Level Attention to Detail
  2. Intermediate MS Office Skills - particularly in Excel
  3. Proven Experience in Planning and Coordination within rail, manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry environments

Qualifications in Train Control and Safe Working, as well as an understanding of Train Control Systems, are highly beneficial.
