About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Officer to join our team at St Anthony's Catholic Primary School. As a Learning Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing support to students and teachers, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist classroom teachers in providing a quality Catholic education focused on maximising student outcomes
  • Support students with diverse learning needs, including those who require individual and classroom support
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning program

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification
  • Fluency in Spanish language and a deep understanding of Spanish culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
