Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Officer to join our team. As a Learning Support Officer, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide individualized support to students, promoting their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide targeted support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assist with classroom activities and lessons, promoting student engagement and participation
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers to ensure seamless support
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting Catholic values and principles
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification
  • Fluency in Spanish language and deep understanding of Spanish culture
  • Ability to differentiate learning for varied learner levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
