Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Wollongong. In this role, you will be the backbone of financial planning operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process client-related paperwork and documentation.
  • Manage and update client files and internal CRM system.
  • Liaise with fund managers, insurance companies, and other third-party providers.
  • Assist with implementation of financial advice strategies.
  • Input client data into Centrelink system.
  • Maintain compliance to ASIC standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role within the financial planning industry.
  • Proficiency with Xplan as well as Microsoft office suite.
  • A strong understanding of administrative processes and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
