About The Position

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to join our executive leadership team. As a key member, you will be responsible for strategic financial management, budget planning, forecasting, systems implementation, project management, quality assurance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets
  • Design and implement efficient financial systems and processes
  • Maintain high standards of financial reporting and analysis in accordance with relevant accounting standards
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
  • Drive innovation and solution design to create financial sustainability
Requirements:
  • Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a community service environment with leadership experience
  • Excellent prioritisation, time, and project management skills
  • Strong psychological resilience capacity and calmness in dynamic care environments
