Job Description

As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services and workplaces by following established service quality standards and occupational health and safety policies.

You will ensure compliance and optimal performance of enterprise service levels by managing and implementing policies, processes, and standards for technical configuration of the enterprise infrastructure.

In this role, you will manage and contribute to the development, publication, implementation, and compliance to technical policies, standards, and procedures at an enterprise level.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and managing effective working relationships with third parties providing technical support, as well as providing technical leadership and high-level technical skills in analysing ICT system issues and formulating solutions and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and promote Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework, primarily incident/problem/change/release/configuration management.
  • High level of expertise and experience in technology domains including analysis, technical direction, assurance standardisation, professional advice, and support of enterprise ICT services in large customer-focused organisations.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including negotiation, advice, influence, and collaboration with people to make decisions.
  • Proven ability to meet service delivery targets and implement quantifiable service improvements by managing workloads, priorities, and working unsupervised.
  • Anticipation and responsiveness to customer and stakeholder needs and expectations, taking personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work.
  • Leadership of highly skilled technical teams, building and sustaining positive relationships with peer teams, stakeholders, and customers.
