About Our Sustainability Role

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Leader to join our team responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with our brand's vision of quality, cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and ethical practices.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of global supply markets, strong negotiation skills, and experience managing multiple warehouses and international supply chains.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative sourcing solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance making data-driven decisions to drive business results.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in sourcing or procurement within the fashion industry preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of global supply markets trade regulations and strategic factory positioning.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with experience building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
