Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Administrator to join our team at Powerlink Queensland. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in delivering our flagship QLD energy infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our project team, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
- Develop and maintain processes to ensure all project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality administrative services, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, invoice handling, and information proofreading.
- Support the achievement of key project milestones by providing project administration assistance and developing clever solutions to interesting problems.
- Knowledge and experience in administration support in a project management environment in the Electricity Supply Industry or similar technical environment.
- Advanced skills in the use of business systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Objective.
- Ability to self-manage and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of reporting and analytical abilities, including the capacity to extract and analyse data from a range of business systems.
