Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Administrator to join our team at Powerlink Queensland. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in delivering our flagship QLD energy infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our project team, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
- Develop and maintain processes to ensure all project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality administrative services, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, invoice handling, and information proofreading.
- Support the achievement of key project milestones by providing project administration assistance.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate or higher level of qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management, or Financial Administration.
- Advanced skills in the use of business systems, including SAP, Microsoft Office, and Objective.
- Excellent reporting and analytical abilities, including the capacity to extract and analyze data from a range of business systems.
- The ability to self-manage and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
