The role is responsible for the procurement and management of Utilities contracts, strategic direction, management and growth of Embedded Network business, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.

P&L management ensures financial performance aligns with the business unit growth strategy and end-to-end delivery of innovative solutions to exceed customer expectations along with related contract management and procurement activities and general business management.

Innogen focuses on delivering end-to-end innovative energy and generation solutions tailored to customer's requirements.

The role sits within the broader Sustainability team, driving innovation projects, optimal operations and development, delivery and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of the Innogen business, including regulatory compliance and financial functions
  • Managing delivery of all aspects of the Innogen business, including customer sign ups, monthly customer billings process, accounts receivable functions, debtor management and customer enquiry liaison
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of Environmental Management System certification
  • Innovating, managing and shaping operational needs and procedures across the Innogen business
  • Supporting development and roll-out of performance analytics tools and platforms
  • Managing direct reports supporting administration, accounts and customer management

Requirements:

  • Prior embedded networks experience and deep knowledge of national energy market
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements for embedded networks within the National Energy Market
  • Knowledge of solar PV systems and associated business models, large scale generation certificates and Clean Energy Regulator requirements
  • Solutions focused individual with long term customer relationships and ability to contribute to strategic direction and day to day operational requirements
