About The Role

You will be working within a residential setting, providing direct care and support to young people with disabilities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent qualification
  • Valid Australian driver's license and working rights
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including awake nights and sleepovers
