Customer Growth Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales and a proven ability to achieve quarterly goals.

This is a challenging role that requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and strong business acumen. You will work independently to identify target customers, evaluate their interest, qualify leads, and develop value-based demonstrations.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, agile, and ambitious with excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you have a passion for people and businesses, and enjoy storytelling and case studies, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and requirements and formulate the right solution to exceed expectations.
  • Manage your pipeline with outstanding hygiene and attention to detail.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including planning, cold calling, qualifying, obtaining information, due diligence, and closing new deals.
  • Translate complex customer needs into simple, effective solutions.
  • Deliver an outstanding first impression using storytelling, pitch decks, and industry news.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends relevant to your customers.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in sales with proven ability to achieve quarterly goals.
  • A genuine curiosity and passion about people and businesses.
  • A strong commercial mindset and demonstrated ability to manage and grow revenue.
  • Tertiary education or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient experience in prospecting, identifying target customers, evaluating buyer interest, recognising decision-making processes, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations, selling complex solutions, writing proposals, objection handling, and negotiating.
