At Tesla, our Tesla Advisors deliver an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to current and future customers, creating memorable moments especially on delivery day. They are Tesla's front line and brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.

As a Tesla Advisor, you will support customers from their initial showroom visit to delivery day. You will help deliver an innovative buying and delivery experience for one of the most groundbreaking vehicles ever made.

What You'll Do
  • Engage walk-in guests promptly, opening conversations and making them feel welcome.
  • Educate prospective customers and current owners via calls, emails, texts, and outbound events about Tesla's products and answer questions.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contacts and scheduling/co-piloting test drives for interested individuals.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Execute sales and delivery operations proficiently, consistently providing a strong client experience with minimal guidance.
  • Support the delivery and installation of the Tesla ecosystem, presenting and selling effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales, delivery, and ownership phases.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all customer interactions during their purchase experience.
  • Educate customers on the purchase and delivery process from initial contact to delivery day.
  • Ensure vehicle readiness for delivery appointments.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Handle trade-ins and documentation on delivery day.
  • Perform Tesla direct deliveries from Delivery Centres to customers' homes as needed.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
What You'll Bring

  • Ability to understand and communicate business issues and technical concepts.
  • Strong teamwork mentality and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Mastery of Tesla products and services; stay updated on EV industry trends and incentives.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum 2-year clean driving record in the applying country.
  • Ability to obtain necessary state licensing where applicable.
