- Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments on admission and as required to create therapy plans that cater to individual needs
- Perform home safety evaluations and recommend modifications to support independent living
- Prescribe assistive technology and equipment to enable clients to live comfortably at home
- Collaborate with clients, families, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals to address therapy needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to help clients maintain or improve daily living abilities
About the Role: This position requires a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience applying effective treatment techniques in an occupational therapy setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
