At Ability Action Australia, we empower people with disability to 'get more out of life today'. Our multidisciplinary team provides therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports in community or clinic settings.

  • Professional development opportunities through an immersive 12-week program followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions.
  • A team committed to your success: weekly 1:1 supervision, experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training.
  • Support in working with NDIS clients: building knowledge, simplifying the process, and mastering report writing.
  • Flexibility: work from home, favourite café, clinical hubs, or team spaces.
