Cardiac Care Enrolled Nurse

Position Overview:
Are you a dedicated Enrolled Nurse with strong communication abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care? Our cardiac unit is seeking a part-time nurse to join our skilled team. In this role, you will collaborate with fellow nursing professionals and healthcare practitioners, focusing on cardiac monitoring to ensure optimal care for our patients during their hospital stay.
Shift Details:
This position involves working 12-hour shifts, either from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm or from 7:30 pm to 7:00 am, totaling 72 hours every fortnight.

Your Responsibilities:
- Providing support to patients throughout their hospitalization
- Monitoring patients utilizing Telemetry systems
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
- Ensuring the safety of both patients and staff
- Assisting nursing colleagues in delivering patient care
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 12 months of experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an acute care environment
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Experience in Telemetry monitoring
- Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
