About the Spa Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional service in our spa setting. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, professional, and able to work independently.

The successful Spa Therapist will have experience in facials, body treatments, and massage therapy. They will also possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver luxurious spa journeys for guests, ensuring exceptional service from beginning to end.
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage reception duties and efficiently handle guest queries.
  • Perform up to five massage treatments per shift.
  • Confidently recommend skin care and home care advice.
  • Follow instructions, adhere to SOPs, and welcome constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Remedial/Massage Therapy.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Spa Therapist.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory position is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently.
