Job Title: Asset Integrity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our technical engineering team in an Asset Integrity Specialist role.

As an integral member, you will play a crucial role in meeting global requirements and standards, driving continuous improvements through clear communication and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive reports and communicate findings to the team and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct first line assurance activities, including planned task confirmation, ensuring compliance, key risk indicators and audits.
  • Gather feedback from key stakeholders and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support to sites to ensure they meet minimum requirements for asset integrity management.
  • Lead field activities, completing actions within agreed time-frames.
  • Evaluate controls identified to ensure alignment with material risk process.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and technology.
  • Maintain adherence to client charter, standards, code of conduct and relevant statutory obligations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent tertiary education in engineering.
  • Experience or knowledge of SAP/Work Management/Maintenance Strategies.
  • Advanced data processing and MS Excel skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with ability to lead meetings and workshops.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of asset management, strategy development, maintenance execution, maintenance planning & reliability, or production processes is preferred.
  • Risk management experience is highly desirable.

Candidates must demonstrate experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to those with mining experience.

This contract role offers fortnightly site travel based in Adelaide.
