We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team at Workforce Australia for Individuals. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/2 technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, infrastructure, and software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an IT support role.
- Experience with Windows Servers and Active Directory.
- Basic Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with Office 365 platform (SharePoint, Teams, Admin Portal, and Directory Sync).
- A valid driving license is required.
