We have an exciting opportunity for a Breast Assessment Administration Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our breast cancer clinics.
About the Role:
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support and is looking for a new challenge.
- You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, preparing reports and correspondence, and coordinating weekly meetings.
- You will also be required to maintain accurate data collection and quality assurance, as well as ensuring privacy and compliance across workflows.
The Ideal Candidate:
- We are looking for someone with experience in providing high-level administrative support in a health organisation.
- You should have effective interpersonal skills and be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to problem solve and use initiative, judgement, and discretion.
- You should also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A strong understanding of data management and analysis is also desirable.
